Creating Log Files on iOS

MTG Arena creates a log file named "UTC_Log - <Date> <Time>.log". This log file can be useful for a customer support representative, so they might request it when trying to help you out.

Follow these steps to find and view Log Files on a Mac:

  1. Connect your device to a Mac.

  2. Open iTunes.

  3. Go into File Sharing -> MTGA.

  4. Select to save all the Log files on your phone to the Mac

 

In order to view the log file on a Windows PC, you will need a 3rd party program that allows you to transfer files from your iOS device to your PC. If you have one installed, take these steps:

  1. Connect your iOS device to your PC via USB.
  2. In the file transfer program, go to Apps -> MTG Arena -> Documents -> Logs -> Logs
  3. Select the log files you want and export them to a folder on your PC.
