Note for PC users: For reporting bugs found while completing real-money transactions (e.g. purchasing Gems, pre-orders, Welcome Bundle, etc.), please contact Xsolla’s customer support team.
To report a bug:
1. Visit feedback.wizards.com.
2. Use the Bug Title search bar to see if your bug has already been reported. This will automatically search existing threads that contain those key words.
3. If your bug has been reported already, click the vote button so that we know you've experienced that bug as well (after you log in with your MTG Arena account). You can also leave a comment if you'd like to add to the conversation about that bug.
4. If your bug has not been reported, click on the "Post a new idea…" link on the right-hand side of the screen and fill out the fields as requested, then click POST IDEA.
This tool is only meant for reporting bugs and providing feedback and product suggestions. If you are experiencing issues with your account, a transaction using Gems or Gold, are unable to login, or otherwise need customer support, please contact us here, choosing an option other than "Report a Bug (Powered by UserVoice)" or “Feedback."
