Per sections 7.4 and 21.4 of our Terms of Service, we reserve the right to deny refunds for purchases made in the MTG Arena store for any reason.
That being said, if you experienced a problem with your order or believe a purchase was made on your account fraudulently, please click here or follow the steps below:
- Click the “Submit a Request” link at the top of this page.
- Select “Order Issues” in the “What would you like to contact us about?” dropdown menu.
- Once all required fields have been filled out, please click on the "Submit" button.
