Sound issues on mobile

If you're having trouble with sound performance on your mobile device, please follow the recommendations below to help troubleshoot the issue:
  • Make sure in-game volume is turned up.
    • In-game volume will be located in the Settings menu.
  • Make sure there are no other apps running in the background.
    • All devices have different ways to close background applications. If you need help, check your device's manufacturer's manual.
  • Make sure your device's volume is turned up and not on mute.
    • All devices have different ways to turn volume up. Commonly there's buttons located on the sides of devices. If you need help, check your device's manufacturer's manual.

Please note: background music apps can not perform while Magic: the Gathering Arena is running.
