Mobile Performance Issues and Crashes

If your game is having some performance issues, such as crashing, freezing, or trouble starting:

  • Make sure you're playing on a supported device
  • Make sure you have the latest update for the app
  • Check your device's internet connection: toggle WIFI off/on
  • Turn the device off and back on
  • Force close other applications that may be running in the background
  • Uninstall and reinstall the app
  • Make sure that you are on the most recent operating system for your device

For specific steps on how to troubleshoot your device please contact your device's manufacturer.

Note: We do not recommend competing in Magic Esports events on a mobile device, and per the Digital Magic Tournament Rules, players who choose to do so assume all responsibility for gameplay or connection issues they experience.
