Unable to find a card on your account
If you can't see a card you know you have, you may want to attempt to reset your collection filters in the client. To reset your collection filters:
- Navigate to your collection
- Click Decks in header
- Click Collection in lower right
- Click on slider bar icon
- Click on 'Collected" and make sure no other filters are set
- If you are in the Deck Building check which format the deck is set as by clicking the deck box in the top right corner.
For alternate art lands, click the arrow button on the left of the basic land to see the different images.
Sometimes players have multiple accounts under different email addresses and are unintentionally logging into one of those other accounts
Card Style purchased in Game Store or Daily Deals
To find your card style options, please use the following steps:
- Select the Decks scene and then select Collection at the bottom of the screen.
- Select Advanced Filters, choose Collected AND Not Collected, and select OK.
- Select Expand located on the upper left of a card with multiple printings.
- Finally, select the Favorite heart icon of the printing you prefer or you can purchase any card style that is not already owned for the card selected.
Now, your decks will default to your preferred style of that card you chose. You can do this with any card that you have multiple printings of in your collection.
