If you did not receive the latest email after other player's received them and would like to:

1. Make sure you are signed up for Wizards promotional emails:
   1. Log in at https://myaccounts.wizards.com/account
   2. Click Edit Profile
   3. Check the YES! Wizards may send me promotional emails... box.
2. Submit a request via https://mtgarena-support.wizards.com/hc/en-us/requests/new/ with the topic "General Questions" and make sure that some form of "stats email" is in the message request.
3. Once all the fields has been filled out please click the Submit button.
