Game Update Highlights

• Alchemy: Tarkir is here! Collect and play with 30 new digital cards from Tarkir.
• Five new Tarkir: Dragonstorm Brawl decks are in the store! These include 10 new to MTG Arena cards as your Commander! Available until May 20!
• The “View Simplified” toggle is now available outside the Duel Scene. This feature allows players to view a card as if it were in a standard frame.
• Desktop now supports a Fullscreen Inspect Menu outside the Duel Scene. This works identically to the mobile Inspect Menu, where bringing it up reveals additional information about the card.

Notable Bug Fixes

• There was a weird bug where sometimes, despite having won, you’d get a draw screen.
  • It wasn’t counted as a draw, just a quirk where a change in match reporting (it got slightly faster) lead to the client not being ready to receive the message, and showing a draw screen instead.
  • Anyway, it doesn’t do that now.

Bug Fixes

General

• Players will no longer see a {“Waiting for Players”} text when waiting for a Player Draft.
• After picking a Card Styles in a draft, the card would sometimes revert to its base Printing after moving the card between your sideboard and deck.
• After a player has collected a Mastery Orb, the notification was missing on the “Spend Orbs” button that brings the player to the associated Emporium.
• Commander Titles are no longer offset on the VS Screen when entering a match.

Gameplay

• The season cycle from Bloomburrow were not being exiled when cast for harmonize via Songcrafter Mage.
  • Giving cards alternative casting costs is fine and has never caused issues and Breach is fine.
• Plumb the Forbidden wasn’t being copied when cast from Hideaway and again, casting things in weird ways is fine and has no issues.
• All-Out Assault was untapping for each combat and shouldn’t’ve been.
• Automatic replacement weights now prioritize Rebound before Omen so you can get those free casts.
• Assemble From Parts in Brawl now uses Last Known Information if it targets a commander who is moved to the command zone as it resolves.
• Elvish Refueler was only activating once, which was wrong. it’s whole thing is activating more times, which it now does!
• Tokens of creatures created with embalm, that don’t have special tokens, were showing a mana cost, but actually had none. The token now correctly has no mana cost shown.
• Baral was not triggering off the first mode of Defabricate, which seems fine to me, but apparently people wanted that card to be more frustrating to play against.
  • You know who you are.
• The submit buttons on the March of cycle from NEO was showing variables. It now behaves as intended.
• Omen abilities weren’t displaying correctly in the sideboard. Now they’re populating correctly.
