If your account is currently stuck attempting to login after entering the recent Arena Cube event on MTG Arena, please use the following steps to correct the issue:
- Login to MTG Arena.
- Wait until you see the “Waiting for Server” message or otherwise all black screen.
- Close and relaunch MTG Arena.
You should now be able to successfully login to MTG Arena.
Regarding Your Arena Cube Entry Fee:
Due to the nature of this issue, you should be able to completely restart your Arena Cube draft using the entry fee you previously paid for the event. If you require additional assistance, please contact support.
