Crashing with a Unity Window (red exclamation point)

If your client crashes on startup with a Unity window, check if you have Citrix or Duet Display installed.

A Unity window will contain a red exclamation (!) point.

If you have Citrix:

1. Install the Citrix Workspace app 1810 for Windows
2. Restart your computer
3. Try launching the game again

If you have Duet Display:

1. Uninstall Duet Display
2. Restart your computer
3. Try launching the game again
