If the address (including your name) doesn't match exactly with the information on your payment account, the order will not process. It may leave a pending charge on your account which typically clears in about a week.

If your name has multiple formats (like "Matt" vs. "Matthew"), be sure to use the correct one. If your city has alternative spellings (like "Mt. Vernon" vs. "Mount Vernon" or "Lewisville" vs. "West Lewisville"), be sure to use the correct one. Additionally, if you are in a country with an alphanumeric postal code (like Canada), capitalize the letters in your postal code.
